As the supplier of the e-commerce platform, “Il Re della Pasta\u201d facilitates transactions on the website, but is not part of the sales contract for the goods sold by these third-party vendors. \u201cIl Re della Pasta\u201d, therefore, remains unrelated to the transaction, which occurs exclusively between the buyer and the vendor. \u201cIl Re della Pasta\u201d assumes no responsibility for the sales contract and its correct execution, and does not operate in any way as an agent of the vendor. The vendor is solely responsible for the sale of the products and for the management of disputes with the buyer. In order to make the purchase experience safer, \u201cIl Re della Pasta\u201d provides to its users with an additional warranty, called \u201cFrom A to Z\u201d warranty.<\/p>\n

Note on the product sheets of third-party vendors: we inform you that the product sheets of third-party vendors are only stored on Il Re della Pasta.it and are published exclusively according to the indications of the third-party vendors, who can be contacted from the \u201cVendor Information” page, accessible from each product sheet. ASIN and ISBN-10, Definitions: \u201cASIN\u201d means \u201cIl Re della Pasta\u201d Standard Item Number (or Identification Number) and is a ten (10) character identifier. It can be found under any description tab under “Product Details”. “ISBN-10” means the International Standard Book Number and is a thirteen ten (10) digit numeric identifier that can be found in certain book listings under “Product Details.” Important Warning: provide false information, misleading or inaccurate in the notification form to \u201cIl Re della Pasta\u201d can give rise to civil and \/ or criminal liability. You can use \u201cIl Re della Pasta\u201d Software only for the purpose of using \u201cIl Re della Pasta” Services within the limits of: the General Conditions of Use provisions, these Additional Terms for \u201cIl Re della Pasta\u201d Software and Service Terms. You will not be able to incorporate a part of \u201cIl Re della Pasta\u201d Software into your programs, or compile portions thereof in combination with your programs, you will not be able to transfer \u201cIl Re della Pasta\u201d Software to use it in connection with another service, or sell, rent or to rent, distribute or sublicense, or otherwise assign any rights to \u201cIl Re della Pasta\u201d Software in whole or in part. You will not be able to use \u201cIl Re della Pasta\u201d Software for illegal purposes. We may cease supplying \u201cIl Re della Pasta Software\u201d and may revoke your right to use \u201cIl Re della Pasta\u201d Software at any time. Your right to use \u201cIl Re della Pasta\u201d Software will be automatically revoked, without any prior notice from us, in the event of your breach of the provisions of these Additional Terms for \u201cIl Re della Pasta \u201cSoftware, General Conditions of Use or Service Terms. \u201cIl Re della Pasta\u201d software may be subject to the application of additional terms and conditions of third parties, contained or distributed together with some \u201cIl Re della Pasta\u201d softwares (or software incorporated into \u201cIl Re della Pasta” Software) indicated in the relevant documentation. These provisions will prevail in case of conflict with the General Conditions of Use. Use of third-party services. When using \u201cIl Re della Pasta\u201d Software, you may also use services provided by third parties, such as wireless service providers or mobile phone platform providers. The use of services provided by third parties may be subject to the policies, conditions of use and tariffs of such parties.

Updates. In order to keep \u201cIl Re della Pasta\u201d Software updated, we may provide automatic or manual updates at any time and without notice.<\/p>\n

Export provisions. US Government users. You must comply with the provisions and restrictions established by the Department of Commerce and other United States agencies and authorities applicable to \u201cIl Re della Pasta\u201d Software. \u201cIl Re della Pasta\u201d Software is provided to US Government users as a “Commercial Item”, as defined in the United States Federal Acquisition Regulations (48 \u00a7 2.101), with the same rights and limitations granted to end users pursuant to the General Conditions of Use and Sale.<\/p>\n

OUR CONTRACT<\/h3>\n

Display of \u201cIl Re della Pasta\u201d Services on the website’s virtual showcase constitutes an invitation to offer.<\/p>\n

If you want to buy one or more products shown on the website, you can select them one at a time, adding them to your cart. Once you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, you can close your chart and submit the order. At this point you will see a summary page of the products you have selected, their price and delivery options (with related costs). You will be required to choose your preferred delivery, transport and payment method.<\/p>\n

Your order will therefore be considered as your contractual purchase proposal addressed to \u201cIl Re della Pasta\u201d for the listed products, each considered individually. In the event that your order is processed through multiple shipments, you may receive separate \u201cShipping Confirmation Emails\u201d. You can freely cancel your order before you have received our \u201cShipping Confirmation E-mail\u201d, provided that the order has not been prepared for the shipping process. In this case you will not be charged any costs. In any case, the right of withdrawal is subject to the terms and conditions set out in the following art. 2.<\/p>\n

You agree to receive invoices in electronic format. These documents will be available in PDF format. The electronic invoice for an order will be communicated to you in the shipping confirmation e-mail.<\/p>\n

The guarantee scheme on products sold by \u201cIl Re della Pasta \u201c differs according to whether the buyer is a “consumer” or a “professional” according to Directive 1999\/44 \/ EC on “certain aspects of sales contracts and guarantees concerning consumer goods”.<\/p>\n
