“ Il Re della Pasta “is a young firm founded at the end of 2013 by the well-known industrialist Raffaele Carfora. The choice to diversify the production and enter into a new SBA (Strategic Business Area) is dictated by the wish to export Gragnano pasta and Made in Italy all over the world, just as he succeeded in establishing himself with beachwear over 40 years of his working life . In a short time, “Il Re della Pasta” products have been able to gain foothold in both national and international territories.
The company disposes of an area that extends over 15,000 and a three-levels and 3000 square meter plant.
It has large parking areas for loading and unloading goods and an area dedicated to the storage of containers. The company is located in strategic points for the marketing of products, it is 29km from the port of Salerno and 33km from that of Naples; 30Km from Naples Capodichino International Airport and is easily accessible for those arriving from mortorway A3 Caserta NA-Pompei-SA , exit at Castellammare di Stabia or Scafati-Pompei Est; for those arriving from A3 SA Salerno – Pompei-NA motorway, exit at Angri or Scafati-Pompei est.In order to comply with the legislative requirements and meet consumer’s needs, a careful selection of raw materials as the durum wheat flour from selected mills in Apulia and the microbiologically controlled water, are accompanied by the bronze die and further checks carried out in the internal laboratory. The potential products that “Il Re della Pasta” can produce are: special short and long pasta, in packs of 250g, 500g and kg,according to the consumer’s needs.

Our idea is precisely that of producing the pasta as if we made it for our family: the customer is at the center of our world.
It is tradition that, before placing the product on the market, it is tested by the staff and only after obtaining approval of all, we go ahead with the distribution phase.
